Eric Edidin is Executive Chairman of BH3 Management, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm. Mr. Edidin co-founded Archer Capital Management in 2006. Previously, he was a Co-Head of Credit at York Capital Management, a member of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners global investment team, and member of the Blackstone Group’s restructuring advisory team. Mr. Edidin is a former board member of the JDRF of Los Angeles, trustee of the Washington Institute, member of the investment committee of the Jewish Communal Fund of NY and the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles. He received a B.A. degree with highest distinction from the University of Michigan, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Marta Kubica brings 15 years of professional and academic experience in Polish-Jewish and Polish-Israel relations. She spent ten years at the Embassy of Israel in Poland, where she supported the Executive Office in liaising with state and local government officials, business, academia, churches and the Jewish community. For the past two years, Marta served as Diplomatic Protocol Specialist at the U.S. Embassy Warsaw. She served as chairwoman of the Jewish Studies students’ association and established an academic exchange program between the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and Ariel University in Israel.

Deputy Director, ELNET CEE

Anna Miszewska started her professional career working in a TV station, first as a journalist, then as a news editor. Since 2009, she has been associated with the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, and since 2010 with the Auschwitz-Birkenau Foundation, where she was responsible for international relations and fundraising. In 2015-2018, she was the General Director and member of the Foundation's management board. Then she took the position of director for development at the Association of the Jewish Historical Institute of Poland. She is a volunteer of the Refugees Welcome initiative, a member of the Program Council and the Audit Committee of the Congress of Women.

Executive Assistant & Project Manager, ELNET CEE

Joanna Olszewska is an experienced Project Manager with a background in international relations, diplomacy, and negotiations. She holds a BA from Collegium Civitas in Warsaw and an MA in Diplomacy Studies from the University of Haifa. Joanna has gained diverse experience, including roles as a Global Program Manager for Hult/EF in Switzerland, a research assistant at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), and an intern in the International Security Policy department at the Polish MOD. Her academic interests focus on nuclear relations between the West and East. A grantee of the Young Female Leaders in Security Mentoring Program (2023-2024), Joanna is driven by a personal connection to the Middle East and is passionate about conflict resolution and peacebuilding. She joined the ELNET CEE team in 2022.

New Media Coordinator

Born in Canada, Alex moved to Poland in 2021. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto (BA) and the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (MA in International Relations). His educational background is in History and International Relations. During his studies, Alex completed two internships at the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) and the British Embassy in Warsaw. Before starting at ELNET, he worked at the Warsaw office of the International Organization for Migration as a Social Media and Communications Assistant. His academic area of interest is relations between the V4 countries and the Russian Federation
